Question... How much is postage? and how long will it take for me to receive my order?

Answer.... Shipping costs for Mortels, Alberts, Bullets, Short bound uggs and Classic mid uggs is free within Australia and $35USD for International postage. Postage for Mortels Classic long and Classic plain uggs is free within Australia and $45USD International postage. All goods are posted within 3-4 days from the date you place your order. Postage time is approx 7-14 days from the date your goods leave the warehouse.

International customers are advised to carefully check that you have added the appropriate international postage costs to your order, as failure to do so will result in delayed delivery of your goods until these costs have been met.

UggSessed only sell quality products. But if you are not Satisfied with your Purchase i.e.. you have ordered the wrong style or the sizing is incorrect . We will be only to happy to exchange your goods for another product as long as they are returned within 30 days of receiving your goods. They must be in New condition. Postage cost's for exchanges will be payable by the customer.

Money refunds will be granted less the initial postage costs. A re-stocking fee of $10USD is payable if you choose to return your goods for a complete refund...This is not negotiable. So please ensure you order the correct product before you checkout.

We must be notified about any return product within seven days of receipt of goods. All goods must be received back in their original packaging and in new condition within 30 days of receipt of goods. This is not negotiable. Please enclose comments on your request's to assure a faster turn around time. The Cost of return Shipping to and from will also be Payable by the customer . Please take the time to ensure your order is Correct.

In the UK and some EU countries a VAT or customs tax may be charged on the arrival of your goods. Due to the random nature in which these charges may be applied, UggSessed takes no responsibility for such additional costs. However we do make every effort to package and label your boots to minimise the chances of any such costs.
